Shipping Details
- Orders must be placed by phone call, text, or email no later than Mondays by 5m PST for deliveries on Friday of the same week.
- Deliveries are made on Fridays between 8am and 5pm PST. There is a $5 delivery fee for orders under $100, and free delivery for orders over $100.
- Orders may be canceled by the Wholesale Client up to Wednesday of that week by 12pm PST. Cancellations after 12 pm PST will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
- Payment must be made within one week of delivery and before the next order is delivered.
- Sweet Story Co commits to maintaining the highest quality standards in the production of its bakery products. The Wholesale Client must inform Sweet Story Co of any quality concerns within 4 hours of delivery.
